Welcome to TEDD

Supporting business development, expansion and recruitment.

We work with local businesses, communities, and other organizations in Ferry, Pend Oreille, and Stevens counties to help develop a stable and diverse economy.

The Rural Opportunities Loan Fund

We offer a local, revolving loan fund that is deeply passionate about creating jobs and assisting rural businesses and startups. We can help.

The Rural Opportunities Loan Fund helps to finance business expansion, retention and start-up projects for borrowers who do not qualify for traditional loans. We consider your potential, not just your past.
