The Rural Opportunities Loan Fund

We offer a local, revolving loan fund that is deeply passionate about creating jobs and assisting rural businesses and startups. We can help. 

The Rural Opportunities Loan Fund helps to finance business expansion, retention and start-up projects for borrowers who do not qualify for traditional loans. We consider your potential, not just your past.

Formed in 1969, TEDD was one of the first economic development districts in the State of Washington. We are here to help your business succeed.

TEDD manages the Rural Opportunities Loan Fund for fifteen rural eastern Washington counties: Adams, Asotin, Benton, Chelan, Douglas, Franklin, Garfield, Grant, Lincoln, Okanogan, Whitman and Spokane counties (outside the city limits of Spokane and Spokane Valley).
