Program Manager
This position plays an important role in advancing economic development throughout Ferry, Stevens, and Pend Oreille counties in Northeast Washington. The Program Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing a variety of regional initiatives, including grant administration, broadband and infrastructure projects, economic development programs, business assistance activities, regional planning transportation efforts, and other special projects. The position works closely with local governments, partner organizations, state and federal agencies, consultants, and private-sector stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and in compliance with applicable requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with diverse partners.
A bachelor's degree in public administration, business, economics, planning, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should have at least five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in program or project management, grant administration, economic development, planning, public administration, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education and experience that provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered. Experience administering grants, coordinating infrastructure or broadband projects, preparing reports, managing contracts, and working with local governments is highly desirable. Familiarity with rural economic development issues and opportunities is preferred.

Regional Marketing & Communications Director
Tri County Economic Development District (TEDD) is accepting applications for a full-time Marketing Director based in Colville, WA. This position leads regional marketing, communications, tourism promotion, business outreach, branding, website and social media management, and public information efforts supporting economic development throughout Ferry, Stevens, and Pend Oreille counties.
Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education and experience that provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered. Experience with digital media, graphic design, photography, and public outreach is highly desirable.
