Google can be a great resource for business owners, but many people don’t understand how to use it. In this workshop, we’ll cover how Google can improve efficiency, simplify tasks, and grow your business’s profile.

At the end of this workshop, attendees will be well-informed on the basics of Google and how it can streamline business, improve customer experiences, and boost growth.

From Idea to Open: Starting Your Small Business

Got a great business idea but not sure where to start? This workshop will guide you through the essential steps of launching a successful small business.

We’ll cover everything from business planning and legal requirements to financing and marketing strategies—giving you the tools and confidence to turn your idea into reality. Whether you’re still in the brainstorming phase or ready to take the leap, this session will help you navigate the path to business ownership with clarity and confidence.

This workshop is approximately two hours.

Supply Chain 101: Thursday, March 27th 9:00am-3:00pm

This free workshop, in partnership with Impact Washington and held at the TEDD office in Colville, will provide a foundational understanding of supply chain principles, metrics, tools & technology. Followed by a deeper dive into best practices to support overall business strategy and supply chain optimization - creating value every step of the way.

By taking the time to analyze and understand the different components of successful supply chain practices you will be able to identify more opportunities to optimize your efforts.

Workshop content and exercises will help to:

  • Provide a framework for understanding what is between your Current State and your Goals
  • Enable your organization to be more proactive in your purchasing efforts
  • Understand supplier partnerships and leverage data to optimize your approach
  • Better understand risk as a reality and how proactive efforts can minimize the negative impact of unexpected changes
  • Get engaged with the development of supply chain efficiencies to increaseunderstanding of how cost rolls up, what changes save money, and the value of information

In-Person Course:

  • Duration: 7 hours, 8:00 am – 3:00 pm (includes 30 minutes for lunch and two 15 min breaks)
  • Lunch, snacks and coffee will be provided.
